Make sure you become very good at software testing! Why? Because you can have anything you want in life,
IF you will help enough other software test managers get what they want in life, and IF you will get very good at it, and
IF you can sustain it for the long run! All three "ifs" are essential! Leave one of them out, and you'll miss an essential
ingredient in the formula for success!
Think of McDonald's. Most restaurateurs thought their customers wanted good
hamburgers. However, Ray Kroc studied hamburgers more seriously than everyone else. He learned what customers REALLY wanted
was speed, predictable service, cleanliness, and good enough hamburgers. By training his staff to provide speed, predictable
service, cleanliness, and his success became legendary!
